About me...

I earned my undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Educational Psychology and a certificate in Children and Society from the University of Texas at Austin in 2022. My background includes experience in social work, ministry, case management, psychometrics, and diagnostic assessment throughout my undergraduate and graduate career.

I will graduate with my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Seminary of the Southwest with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and beyond. My clinical interests root themselves in psychodynamic and narrative theories for their capacity to engage the whole of a person’s story: emotional life, relational patterns, and formative experiences. I am also drawn to emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral interventions, and Internal Family Systems–informed parts work that operates as a tool for helping clients understand their own emotional landscape.

A desire to help clients develop a stronger relationship between their mind, body, and soul rests at the heart of my work. I am deeply motivated to walk alongside clients as they make meaning of their stories and move toward spiritual and emotional integration.
