Therapy Office at Decades Counseling
We are not a crisis service and cannot respond to urgent messages outside office hours.
If there is an immediate threat to anyone's safety, call 911. These lines are staffed around the clock, and none of them are us.
Books our clinicians actually recommend, grouped by what people come in for. Reading is not therapy and none of this is a substitute for it, but a good book between sessions can do a lot.
Book links go to Amazon and are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them. It costs you nothing extra, it does not affect what we recommend, and any of these can be found at your library or local bookshop instead.
How to request your records or your child's records, how to reach our licensing board, and how to file a complaint. Includes instructions for attorneys and document companies.

Tell us your insurer and we will check your out-of-network benefits by hand, before you book. Rates and timing are part of that same conversation. No calendar needed, just ask.
