Do you accept clients who aren't in college?

Absolutely. While our group does specialize in working with college students and young adults, our therapists are well equipped to help you no matter what stage of life you are in!

How long should I expect to be in therapy?

We would encourage you to commit to a minimum of six sessions. Therapy can truly last anywhere from a few months to a few years. We always want to make sure that we are working towards a goal, but some people find it helpful to be in and out of therapy their entire life.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Do you accept insurance?
