About me...

I’m originally from Dallas (yes, I know, another Austin transplant). But having lived in Austin for nearly ten years, I now consider myself a full-fledged Austinite. I received a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Services from Oklahoma State University. From there, I moved to Austin, where I have worked for over eight years with domestic violence survivors, families and children in poverty, and teens and adults experiencing homelessness. I am now completing my Master’s in Counseling at St. Edward’s University, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I hold a Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and am trained in Prepare and Enrich premarital counseling

Feelings, emotions, communication, and relationships; these aspects of life can be difficult to navigate and even harder to change. With this in mind, my focus is on individuals, couples, and families looking to better understand these systems and themselves to break old patterns and find the best path forward to meet their goals. My approach is warm and genuine, as we walk through therapy together to find meaning and growth without judgement.
