About me...

I am originally from Fort Worth, TX, but have called Austin home since my early high school years. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in International Studies and went on to receive my Master's in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

My heart for counseling grew naturally during my years in college where, through deep friendships, involvement in Greek life, and volunteer experiences, I found myself consistently drawn to walking alongside people through hard seasons and circumstances. I believe in the inherent value of every person who walks through my door, and I strive to always create a space that feels warm, safe, and collaborative. I understand that each person’s story is unique, so I focus on tailoring interventions to reflect each person’s unique needs, goals, and experiences.

My approach is integrative and whole-person focused, drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Person-Centered therapy, and others. I have experience working with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, identity challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, depression, family of origin work, self-esteem, and trauma. Together, we can explore unhelpful thoughts and patterns, and move toward the growth you are looking for.

I would be honored to walk with you in this process. If you're interested in connecting or have any questions, I would love to hear from you.
