About me...

As your therapist, my approach is rooted in genuineness, warmth, and collaboration. I am committed to showing up each session authentically because I want you to feel free to bring the unfiltered version of yourself into the room.

I graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in Education and later obtained a Master’s Degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s here in Austin. Prior to beginning my work as a counselor, I worked for Leander ISD as an 8th grade teacher. There, I discovered a passion for being present with adolescents as they experienced great joys and deep sorrows, while also navigating who they were becoming. While “becoming” is often associated with youth, I believe it is a process that does not stop - we are all constantly growing, changing, learning. Therapy with me is not about fixing you or picking apart the problem, rather it is a place to slow down and connect with the present version of yourself so that we can work together to create a path forward that feels meaningful and true to who you are.

I work with adolescents (15+), individuals, families, relationship counseling, and premarital counseling. I have worked closely with clients who are navigating identity, relationship challenges, life transitions, family stressors, and the search for self-confidence and direction. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings as well as Thursdays. Consultation calls are free - let’s chat and see if we’d be a good fit!

When I’m Not Working: You might see me around Austin tearing it up on the pickleball courts, hitting the Deep Eddy circuit, walking with my family of three around Hyde Park, or taste testing sandwich shops on my hunt for the best Chicken Salad Sandwich.
