About me...

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. My primary goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you can feel welcomed as your whole self. I believe that we are all trying to make sense of our world and our experiences. Sometimes those experiences are beautiful and joyful, and sometimes they are difficult and dark. Having someone walk alongside you to help you better understand yourself and how you move through the world is where I come in.

I approach therapy from the Existential perspective, believing that we all carry anxieties about the big, overarching questions of life. These questions can worry us but also have the potential to guide us toward a life of thriving purposefulness. I work with individuals to explore the anxieties, stressors, fears, and barriers that can keep them from engaging fully and meaningfully in the world and relationships around them. I am especially passionate about serving women as they walk through the changes and transitions of life. With couples, I seek to help foster deeper connection and understanding of one another. With children, I incorporate elements of play therapy to allow space for emotional expression and anxiety alleviation. Alongside my training as a therapist I also hold a MDiv and believe that our spirituality—the ideas we have about that which is beyond us and how we engage with those ideas—is integrally connected to our mental health.

If you’re here, you’re already making intentional steps toward something different. I would be so happy to speak with you about how I can be part of that journey alongside you.
