A little about me

I attended the University of Texas for my undergraduate degree, where I was in Chi Omega and served on the Executive Team. I later went on to get my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the Seminary of the Southwest. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic and relational. I am here to help you understand your story, emotions, thoughts and body's responses. Our time together will depend on your goals, which we will discuss in our initial session and continue to revisit. I am dedicated to our work together and will always be open to your feedback.

I am available for individual clients, relationship counseling, family work, premarital counseling, dating coaching, speaking engagements and group support. I specialize in working with the following issues: fertility and loss, sexuality and shame, anxiety, depression, obsessive thinking, relationship stress, work stress and burnout, & familial relationship challenges. I am also trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and EMDR, which is a helpful trauma processing tool. If you have questions or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch.

Meet us before you decide

Twenty free minutes, no cost and no commitment. It ends in a recommendation, not an assignment, and you decide from there. If someone else on the team fits you better, they will say so.

Would you rather ask a question first? Our clinical practice manager is not in sessions and answers fastest, often same day and always within one business day.
