A little about me

Hi! My name is Cassi, and I am passionate about helping individuals come home to themselves. Healing often involves rediscovering who we are beneath the protective patterns and adaptations that once served us. Together, we will explore the deeper roots of your struggles while cultivating greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and connection to your authentic self.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique story. I am EMDR-trained and integrate attachment-focused EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, mindfulness, and evidence-based interventions to support meaningful growth and lasting change. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to approach difficult experiences with curiosity, compassion, and intention.

I am particularly passionate about EMDR Intensives because they provide the time and space to engage in deeper healing within a structured and supportive format. My approach prioritizes safety, attunement, and thoughtful integration throughout the process.

My hope is to help clients cultivate greater authenticity, self-trust, and connection as they move toward a life that feels aligned with their values and goals. When you're ready, I would love to meet you!

Meet us before you decide

Twenty free minutes, no cost and no commitment. It ends in a recommendation, not an assignment, and you decide from there. If someone else on the team fits you better, they will say so.

Would you rather ask a question first? Our clinical practice manager is not in sessions and answers fastest, often same day and always within one business day.
