About me...

Hi! My name is Cassi, and my passion is helping individuals navigate this life journey. I received my bachelor’s degree in dietetics, and master's in clinical mental health counseling. Guided by empathy and a holistic perspective, I strive to create a welcoming and safe space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, health, and behaviors. I also like to help my clients get curious about their mind-body connection; how bio-individual nutrition and physical health play a role in mental health.

I work primarily with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, negative relationship patterns, low self-esteem, and body image issues.

My therapeutic approach is unique to each person and client centered, utilizing a variety of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Mindfulness. I empower clients by providing concrete coping skills and strategies that lead to deeper fulfillment, while exploring unhelpful belief systems and the root causes of symptoms. I also guide clients to identify their intuition, get to know their authentic self, and live with intention and mindful awareness.

Together we can work towards rediscovering your values, understanding self- destructive cycles, and exploring ways for you to live a life full of health, inspiration, and connectedness to yourself and others. When you’re ready, I would love to meet you!
