I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Edward’s University with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. As a graduate counseling intern, I aim to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and ready to create meaningful change.
My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and resilience. I enjoy helping clients explore how their life experiences, relationships, and personal beliefs have shaped who they are while working together to identify strengths, develop practical tools, and move toward the life they want to create. I strive to build a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel encouraged, challenged, and supported throughout the counseling process.
While I value the opportunity to work with individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, I have a particular passion for supporting men as they navigate challenges related to identity, relationships, life transitions, emotional well-being, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a space where clients can openly explore their experiences, gain greater self-understanding, and build confidence in facing life’s challenges.
Twenty free minutes, no cost and no commitment. It ends in a recommendation, not an assignment, and you decide from there. If someone else on the team fits you better, they will say so.
Would you rather ask a question first? Our clinical practice manager is not in sessions and answers fastest, often same day and always within one business day.
