I’m originally from Dallas (yes, I know, another Austin transplant). But having lived in Austin for nearly ten years, I now consider myself a full-fledged Austinite. I received a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Services from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s in Counseling from St. Edward’s University, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I hold a Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, trained in Prepare and Enrich premarital counseling, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in PolyVagal Theory.
Feelings, emotions, communication, and relationships; these aspects of life can be difficult to navigate and even harder to change. With this in mind, my focus is on individuals, couples, and families looking to better understand these systems and themselves to break old patterns and find the best path forward to meet their goals. My approach is warm and genuine, as we walk through therapy together to find meaning and growth without judgement.
Please reach out if you have questions or want to schedule a consultation!
Twenty free minutes, no cost and no commitment. It ends in a recommendation, not an assignment, and you decide from there. If someone else on the team fits you better, they will say so.
Would you rather ask a question first? Our clinical practice manager is not in sessions and answers fastest, often same day and always within one business day.
